Dr. Rita Bailey-Roland Presents: I Am My Sister's Keeper - Sept 21, 2019
[Hyattsville, MD, Sept. 6, 2019] Dr. Rita Bailey-Roland, CPA, CPC, Life Strategist and Creator of I Am My Sister’s Keeper, announces the organization’s annual meeting to be held on Saturday, September 21, 2019. The meeting is open to the public and is for any woman who wants to take charge of her health, wellbeing, and mindset as a way to achieve personal and professional goals and enjoy life.
This year’s meeting - “I Am” - promises to engage participants and to challenge them to begin or continue their journey to becoming their best selves. The “I Am” focus spotlights the vital importance of self-care - something many women neglect as their focus is often on helping others before themselves.
Program highlights include an appearance by comedienne Tanya Lewis (host of DMV’s Got Talent), and presentations by coach Sophia Pryce and Dr. Lisa Thompson. Topics include how chronic stress and negative emotions can cause disease; the relationship between the body and mind; how soul healing will heal every aspect of life; how exercise and healthy eating can change everything; and many more.
The program is a celebration of sisterhood and how women can support each other to live their best lives. It is an opportunity to make and strengthen connections and offer encouragement and empowerment to participants as each woman takes control of her wellbeing and future.
Program organizer Dr. Rita Bailey-Roland, CPA, CPC said, “Healing my mind and body required me to heal my soul. Come join us a few hours of revelation, healing, and empowerment. The mission is to start the process of bringing balance to our mind, body and soul.”
The mission for I Am My Sister's Keeper is to help women create a state of holistic wellbeing and balance within their mind, body, soul, and finances through mindful partnerships with professionals who are committed to the vision and to empowering women.
The meeting will be held on Saturday, September 21, 2019, from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM EDT at The Mercy and Grace Center, 337 Brightseat Road, Hyattsville, MD 20785.
