Rita Bailey - CEORita Bailey, CPA and President of Affordable Benefits Solutions, Inc. have been assisting clients for the last 20 years accumulating over 1,800 clients. She is a Chartered Federal Employee Benefits Consultant (ChFebs) and has taught several workshops for Blacks in Government, Federally Employed Women, IRS, EPA, APWU, VA, Dept of Justice and many more. Rita is a graduate of George Washington University with a Bachelor of Accountancy. She started her successful career at CSO as an Agent. Years later she moved on to become President of EU Financial, Inc. a million dollar insurance agency. In 2004, Rita aided in the development of the government division of Financial Assurance Corporation and was appointed Vice President. Dedicating her insurance/financial career to changing people's lives one at a time came from her life experiences and a result of her mother's death when she was 11 years old. Rita realized then and teaches now, that understanding your employee benefits are crucial to planning for the financial future for you and your family. **************************************Judy Johnson holds the nationally respected designations of Chartered Federal Employee Benefits Specialist (ChFEBS) and Certified Senior Advisor (CSA). Judy's focus is preparing her clients to thrive financially as they age instead of just surviving. Judy manages the Senior Resource Center _ Affordable Benefits Solutions, Inc. Drawing from her personal experience of caring for three senior family members and a best friend dealing with Dementia and Alzheimer's, Judy's workshops on Long Term Care afford her participants an intimate look into the challenges facing our loved ones and their caregivers. She has conducted her "real-life" workshops on Long Term Care for Blacks in Government, AFGE, DOT, Department of Commerce, VA and other government agencies. Judy is a graduate of the State University of New York at Stony Brook and continued her graduate studies at C.W. Post and Hofstra University located on Long Island. She started her career in Secondary Education and transitioned into Managing a Training Staff at a Fortune 500 Corporation. She went on to be a "stay-at- home" Mom and raised two children. As her children grew, Judy developed a successful wholesale manufacturing company which help developed her next role as Vice-President of a 40 million dollar Sales Agency.As a result of a life altering event, Judy redirected her energies and passion for education. It was the journey her family took as a result of her father's injuries sustained in a car accident and subsequent death in 2002 that influenced Judy to embrace a new career. She took these life lessons and channeled them into a new mission of teaching people how to protect their family's wealth and plan for the new retirement environment.**********************************Darlene Jenkins is a native of Washington, DC. Ms. Jenkins is an Insurance Associate and the Public Relations Liaison for her firm. She has been a licensed insurance broker since 1990; and is one of two trainers with Affordable Benefits Solutions, Inc. In addition, she is also a certified Estate Plan advisor.Darlene has worked with the Government market since starting as an insurance broker and is a government benefits consultant. She currently has over 1,200 government clients that she services personally and manages over 6,000 clients for her firm.
